We are one of the leading property service companies in Central Switzerland. Our range of services is unique: classic property management, our own caretaker service and ‘wohnen-plus’.
Our company was founded in 1998 by Christian Marbet. We have been at our current location since 2001 and Benedikt Marbet joined the company in 2004. All shares in Marbet Immobilien AG are owned by the two brothers.
The success of our services and our proximity to our customers and the properties we manage is also reflected in our customer loyalty. Thanks to our focus on ‘quality rather than quantity’, we have achieved considerable, natural growth since the company was founded in 1998, while we have had practically zero client fluctuation.
